Tuesdays and Thursdays when groups of varying abilities set off from the
Clubhouse at 6pm. Routes vary, particularly between summer and winter when a
lack of street lights rules out some country routes. There are good showering
facilities for members and the bar opens at 7pm for well earned refreshment, if
