Bideford 10K - Sunday 16th May 2010

The Bideford 10K is a popular run between Bideford and Instow, returning alongside the River Torridge on the Tarka Trail. This years event is raising funds for:

Bideford 10-Miler - Sunday 3rd October 2010

The Bideford 10 Miler course takes runners along Instow front with its magnificent views of the Torridge estuary. The course also includes a section of the renowned Tarka Trail (you even get to run through a tunnel)!

Bideford Half Marathon - March 2011 - "talk about a swift half!"
The Bideford Half Marathon is held in March each year over a virtually level course taking in magnificent countryside alongside the River Torridge between Bideford & Great Torrington. The course is half on country roads and half on the Tarka Trail which was formerly a railway line (you even get to run through a tunnel).
